Plantago has been a part of the Slovak horticultural market since 2000. The company specializes in the production of trees and shrubs, cultivating plants on 125 000 m2 and conducting commercial activities on 15 000 m2. From the very beginning, Plantago has focused on building partnerships with the best growers in Europe.
Thanks to these efforts, the company now has a wide network of suppliers from the Czech Republic, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Hungary, France, and Spain. A highly skilled team of employees ensures that customers receive top-quality and first-class products.
Commercial activities
Plantago
engages in both wholesale and retail activities across an area
exceeding 15,000 m2. With its extensive product range, flexibility,
and professional service, it is one of the best options for both,
professional and hobby gardeners to meet their needs concerning
greenery.
Our services also include the transportation and delivery of trees
and shrubs to any location within Slovakia and neighboring
countries. Our expert team is ready to accommodate the diverse
requirements of every client. Upon agreement, we can also provide
planting services and subsequent care for the plants.
Products
For over 20 years, Plantago has been cultivating plants in its own
production area, Plantago – Veľký Biel. The current production area
spans 125,000 m2, where we grow a variety of avenue trees as well as
deciduous and coniferous shrubs, either in open soil or
containers.
We continuously invest in new technology and the improvement of our
cultivation areas to provide clients with top-quality trees and
shrubs proudly “Made in Slovakia.” Thanks to our extensive network
of suppliers, we can offer a rich selection of plant varieties from
across Europe.
Our company has been a long-time member and supporter of the Association for garden design and landscaping.
